I'll judge. Teenagers do stupid shit, but the fact that it's years later and she's bragging about it on her podcast tells me everything about her I want to know; especially since never once did she have remorse or say "It was a shitty thing to do to a friend." She was a shitty person then, and she's still a shitty person now.

Anyone who tells a story about how they were consciously shitty to a friend is a major red flag to me. You definitely don't have to beat yourself up about it decades later but at least have the common sense to tell it like the questionable thing it was.
