Good. She sucks. And Cher’s side was absolutely in the right. This wasn’t a copyright claim; she was promised royalties in their divorce agreement.

I get that it really has to suck being continually overshadowed by your husband's much more famous relationship to his previous wife, but that's money owed for work Cher did. Withholding it isn't even the fun kind of petty, it's just shitty.
