That's nice.

As someone who grew up with brothers whose names started with the same letter, there's no way that they don't mix up those names all the time. Ryan and Riley even sound the same at the start! Canon and Caius too.

My middle school best friend had seven other siblings and ALL of their names started with the same letter.

"For me, the decision came from always finding myself looking around and feeling like somebody was missing."

I dont know..this kind of stuck out to me in a weird way. Im too sleepy to expand on that.

I commented upthread on the same thing.

I think it's a common feeling for a lot of people, but statements like that or that their family is incomplete without x children feel strange to me. I don't know what it means for the other kids, the spouse, or if the family doesn't have x kids.

I've never forgiven my mother for saying when my brother died that "she didn't know she needed to have back up children".

My first thougts were about loneliness. Professional athletes are always out of town and with Steph being who he is - his focus is probably on the game. It takes priority.

But i imagine, when she’s pregnant, giving birth and caring for a new born, he’s probably more present physically and emotionally. A bit more doting.

Once all that passes, i can see how someone could feel like there’s “feeling like somebody is missing” might be about Steph and she could not even know it.

Excuse and typo’s i am still sleeping

I like Caius but "Chai Curry" is a choice.

Anyway, congrats to them! I wonder if the baby was due in July like their other kids and just arrived a little early.

With Steph playing in the Olympics, I wouldn't be surprised if they planned for the baby to arrive earlier
