That'd be the remaining mortgage, a new kitchen and one trip abroad for me, then life as usual. My mortgage is very low, but it's annoying cause this year due to EURIBOR my monthly payment is literally 66% interest and 33% actual payment.

In one lump sum? I'd probably go spend a few days at Disneyland, including a tour guide since that's kind of the only thing (save Club 33) that I've never done at Disneyland. I wouldn't be able to spend 75 grand at Disneyland in one go, unless I did something beyond stupid like buy that crystal Sleeping Beauty castle thing and a bunch of other high cost items.

After that, I dunno. I've got simple needs. Maybe get a passport and then head over to South Korea and Japan. And possibly Hong Kong and Shanghai to hit up the other Asian Disneylands (because I don't give a shit about Disneyland Paris).

75k for a TV movie? That sounds already too high esp when he was a nobody. What movie had this bankroll?

I'd absolutely travel for a month after paying off my credit card debt but don't forget you have to pay taxes on that in the US!

75k sounds more like a salary he'd have made for a year of Parks and Rec rather than a TV movie when he was a nobody.

75,000 at once?

Down-payment on a home and invest the rest.

I want to know what the fuck he was spending money on to blow through $75K traveling, even in Hawaii and Australia which are more expensive compared to some other destinations. I'm a frugal traveler but I could probably just fuck off for like 2 years on $75K. Was he just staying at the most expensive hotel suites every night?

Right like i've priced tickets to Australia; the cheapest one is about 2k before tax. I could 100% travel Australia on less than 10k for 2 weeks or so.

I’m sure he was. Plus he used to live on Maui so if he was hosting friends that was going fast.
