Netflix has released a new promo for ‘Stranger Things: The First Shadow’ which is playing in London. The play is about the origins of Henry Creel AKA Vecna.

I'm very curious and excited about adapting this kind of story to the stage. That's not something I've seen before. But I'm general, I'm full up on villain origin stories.

I saw this late last year and it's really good. The staging is really impressive. I hope they take it to more cities and/or release it on Netflix so that more people can see it.

I never finished Stranger Things past...season 1 I think? But I'd watch this if it ended up on a streaming service, it looks good.

At first I was thinking they're really milking this for all it's worth, but the trailer actually kind of impressed me (I love good staging and practical effects - though some of these aren't I know). I would probably watch this streaming or if it plays in the US and tickets are affordable (they won't be though).
