Netflix has released a new promo for ‘Stranger Things: The First Shadow’ which is playing in London. The play is about the origins of Henry Creel AKA Vecna.
Damn it, I just paid the dumb West End money to go see this thing.
Anyway, the staging was very cool and the matinee I went to had Hopper played by the guy who usually plays Ted Wheeler and he had David Harbour's mannerisms down so well so I'd be interested to see how the guy actually cast as Hopper compares.
Netflix is just promoting it, it's not gonna be on the service. (yet) *I* however got snookered into paying Broadway prices for Oh Hello, and then boom like three months later there it was on Netflix.
I've heard this is really good!!! Looking at the character list, it looks like the parents from the show were involved the whole time? So technically the shower Stranger Things is The Next Generation? it feels very Star Wars that these same families are involved in The Situation over and over again
Ohhh I saw a listing for this today while looking at plays to see when I am in London and was so confused. It sounds interesting but I'm kind of over Stranger Things. I got tickets to Hadestown.
