When she says female rage, I hope she realizes and is confirming WHITE female rage. Because if a Black woman is seen angry in a movie or real life, our rage is used against us as "You guys are always angry." For Latinx women, I remember they were put as "spicy" and their rage was the joke of the show or just, "Look how adorable my angry wife is." Modern Family.

I remember "Waiting to Exhale", I heard people say "I will destroy you" was great and "Diary of a Mad Angry Black Woman." And those movies were directed by Black people. "Waiting to Exhale" was made by Forrest Whittaker, "I May Destroy You" by Michaela Cole, and Tyler Perry for "Diary of a Mad Angry Black Woman." Each showed Black female rage and the consequences of that rage as well as humanizing us.
"How to Get Away from Murder", and "Scandal" both were made by Shonda Rhimes
