Shōgun was supposed to take film for six months but it ended up being ten months!

To prepare for the role, she learned horseback riding, sword fighting, calligraphy, and even how to walk.

Her first role was in the musical Annie.

She learned how to knit while filming Shōgun and she made a cute little knitted case for Stephen's glasses.

I'm so happy Anna's acting career really took off, hopefully she gets more role in the future. I haven't seen Shogun yet but from the clip so far it looks so good. I need to watch the show soon.
