The Scary Movie franchise is making a return.

The last film was 2013's Scary Movie 5 which flopped and starred Ashley Tisdale.

The film will go into production in the Fall of 2024, and should hit theaters sometime in 2025.

Someone on Twitter said the only way this would work would be to bring back Cindy & Brenda and do a movie parody of legacy sequel/remakes, and that would be perfect.

Without Cindy and Brenda this will flop.

They are messy films but Brenda just is that girl. "Shake A Spear".

It’d be great if they could somehow get the Wayans brothers to come back, the later movies weren’t as good without them.

Came in here just to say this. Scary Movie 1 & 2 are the only ones that exist to me.
