I heard the tone for Sting was all over the place. I haven't really heard about the movie before but now I'm even less interested now.

scoop: it was fine. honestly, one of my favourite parts was watching romola garai run a newsroom again (i do not care how many years it has been, i will always be salty about the hour getting cancelled). i'd read enough about the drama around securing the interview that the only part which threw me was learning about andrew's extensive teddy bear collection.
one life: the original video makes me cry so putting that in the hands of anthony hopkins is obviously going to make me cry again. the story is just too moving (and hopkins too talented) for that not to be a slam dunk, even when the direction and writing are all just alright. shoutout to romola garai for being in this one too lmao. seeing her and johnny flynn together when they played emma and knightley in two of my fave emma adaptations was fun.
mad max fury road: i realized that i never actually rewatched this and furiosa is coming up next month already. breaking news: it rules. ( ... )

Debating on going to see One-Eyed Jacks tonight, still have not decided on that.
Hoping to get to La Chimera and Wicked Little Letters before they are gone!!
