They have these stickers you can put on your window for firefighters that indicate how many and what kind of pets are in the house. I once got one as a freebie at some event. I am a little skeptical how firefighters could/would really notice and read the sticker in the event of a fire, but i guess it's better than nothing.

Thank god her cats are ok. Ugh house fires are so scary. We had one two years ago in my apartment. Luckily I was in Vegas but my roommate’s bathroom had to be completely redone.
