i'm more than a day late to this post and so disappointed this didn't blow up with tons of comments! People better bring it to the reunion post at least, because i need to discuss!

-Clay is a self-absorbed mess

-No surprise after meeting Clay's dad.

-Loved Clay's mom during the discussion with the dad. Not that she got through to him, what with his complete inability to accept responsibility for being a shitty dad

-Loved AD in her wedding dress.

-Happy for Amy and Johnny. I suspect the birth control storyline might've been fake since they otherwise seemed to have nothing else to feature. AD laughing about how Amy is so spicy she no doubt is fucking Johnny made me think this.

That and her trying (unsuccessfully) to get through to him about how he needs to not make excuses and apologize to his son for the damage he's done (only for him to boohoo that he himself didn't have a present father). I bow to her.

AD's mom seems great too. I would've loved to see the insightful convo she and Clay's mom seemed to have had when they met.

I started the season really rooting for them but their conversations regarding sex quickly started to feel like a bad afterschool special, they are the most boring couple in the history of this trash show.
