i have a ticket to the austin show but i'm currently on the fence about going. the ticket was expensive and the rest of the night will be too... getting there, getting drinks, etc.

i'd be going alone which is not the worst thing ever bc it would really allow me to just enjoy the music/show which is obviously what i'm there for.

my husband is working late that night and my daughter will, for the first time ever, be put down for bed by someone either than her parents (her favorite uncle, my brother, but still).

lastly, i'm supposed to be hear back about a second interview that will take place sometime on wed, thurs, or fri and i don't think i'd feel good about going to the show if my interview still hadn't taken place just bc it would feel like i'd be squandering interview prep time :/

so yah i'm not sure i'm going :(

You better go to this concert and have a good time! You already spent the money on the tickets and probably already factored the extra expenses when you paid then. You already got a plan for your daughter to be taken care of. You also could be in that interview thinking about how you wish you went to this concert and that would be very distracting. You're making excuses to not have a good time!
