• ONTD fave Olivia Rodrigo kicked off the first leg of her Guts World Tour in Palm Springs last night. She sparkled and sang her way through all but two songs off her debut album, Sour, and every song off Guts.
• The first show was met with positive reviews from Billboard, The New York Times, and Rolling Stone which called her a "generation defining artist."
• Rodrigo launched "Fund 4 Good", a "global initiative committed to building an equitable and just future for all women, girls, and people seeking reproductive health freedom." In a video posted to her IG story, Rodrigo says that the fund will directly support community-based nonprofits that work to support girls education and work to prevent gender based violence as well.
• She states that a portion of the proceeds from the Guts World Tour will go to the fund, and that she has partnered with local chapters of the National Network Abortion Funds for the North American leg of the tour. Tables were set up inside the venue to provide concert goers with pamphlets and information about reproductive rights. Rodrigo's tour is set to hit several cities in states where abortion access has been limited, or in several cases been criminalized.
