the one plot hole for me is when Navarro shot that guy, she shot him with her own gun... so wouldn't ballistics figure that out quickly? did they just take the cops' word that he had shot himself and didn't investigate further? idgi

well between the veterinarian who said a group of frozen men did not freeze to death, and a crime scene investigation team who couldn't find a single fingerprint, footprint, or hair from a bunch of women raiding the lab, I think it's safe to say they wouldn't have cracked that case either

My convenient explanation about why those women were never suspects is that since they were the janitorial crew, they cleaned up the scene well enough that whatever traces of them left behind on site were reasonable.

looooool it's so funny because in some ways if the case had been sent to anchorage it would have probably wrapped up way faster.

I'm sure I still didn't put everything together but I am glad [Spoiler (click to open)]they kept it a mix of real and supernatural instead of explaining absolutely everything. This is the first season I watched but I think I liked a lot more than I didn't so I will probably go back and start on season 1.

Season one is so good but hard to watch at times totally worth it tho

I liked s1 and s4, skipped s2 because it was supposed to be bad and didn't finish s3 because I found it sort of spinning its wheels/not that interesting. But s1 is definitely worth it, and the kick got me watching twin peaks for my ~spooky show quotient.

Season 1 was an basically a different show, just had a totally different feel. I found it hard to stick with it at times.

If you want something with similar vibes to this, watch Deadloch instead. Cold isolated town, dead men, two-woman detective team. It was the best show of last year, imo.

This is the finale?! Damn, I thought there were like 2 more eps. Anyways, this season had so much potential but the writing just wasn't there for me.

[spoiler]The trope of the cops tying the guy up and him confessing as exposition instead of them actually discovering shit themselves was disappointing. I did love that the Native women ended up killing those fuckers, though.
