I came in with no expectations and I'm glad because it's honestly all over the place. I like Navarro but the actress is not good.

the hank that he first read when offered the show was not a complex character so he and issa made up a backstory and for a long time he wasn't a fan of hank being a musician: "I just thought Hank would be a very different person if he had a creative outlet".
he also thought the bride was real: "The way that I'd written the backstory was that she was going to come at Thanksgiving and then couldn’t because her mother was ill. And so I sent her more money, and everything was set up, and she doesn't come.But when I first read it, I thought she arrived and I was thinking, I know a really great Polish actress who would be cool for the role."

he did a great job with the role, hank came across uncomfortably pathetic and i'm glad they gave him something with bite at the end, the acting from all three of them in the shooting scene was fantastic

Only started watching for Jodie Foster and am only continuing to watch for Jodie Foster.

This episode should have really taken episode 3’s spot, with the plot developments of 3 and 4 being in episodes 1 and 2 to speed things along, because whew! A whole lotta nothing happens at times. Great gowns, beautiful gowns.
