I don't follow the national finals but if there's as exquisitely bad a performance as 2023's Booty somewhere, please please please send it to me 🇵🇱🍑

Sometimes, at the most unexpected time, I start thinking about this epic performance and humming the song. As bad as the whole thing was, I also find the melody awfully catchy. Ahlena will always remain an icon.

The trailer for the Watchmen was more iconic than the actual film. It didn’t live up to it. The Smashing Pumpkins song was perfection!

Truly disgusted by the last part of the post. I haven’t watched Eurovision in years and have forgotten how the voting system works… any chance for her to be in the bottom/eliminated? It would be a nice confirmation of support for Palestinians if it’s possible.

She has to qualify for the finale. There’s a chance she won’t make it.

If she has a nice-sounding song and good vocal ability, she’ll probably get votes. In 2014 when Russia invaded Crimea and passed an anti-gay bill, the Tolmachevy sisters got booed at Eurovision, but still placed 7th. In 2015, Polinia Gagarina, who is definitely pro-Putin and pro-invasion, got booed at Eurovision but still placed second. Last year, Noa Kirel from Israel placed third. While the chances of anti-Israel votes might be low, there could potentially be pro-Palestine votes if any Palestinian musicians end up competing.

God, that’s so pathetic. People really have no backbone.

I don’t think there will be a Palestinian entry since you have to have a competition first, right?

I'm just happy that Petra is returning as a host. Surprised that she isn't hosting with Mans again but I'm sure he'll find a way to sneak into the venue and storm on stage.
