Malin Åkerman, who played Laurie Juspeczyk the second Silk Spectre in 2009’s Watchmen movie, is hosting this year’s Eurovision Song Contest alongside Swedish presenter Petra Mede.

Spain’s Eurovision entry “Zorra” has been polarizing its country, since ‘zorra’ is often used as an insult like “sl*t” or “b*tch” there, though the purpose of the song is to reclaim the sexist term. You can watch the video with English lyrics here.

Eden Golan will be representing Israel after winning the “HaKokhav HaBa” singing competition. Her grand finale song, a cover of ”I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing,” was dedicated to the October 7th hostages.
