So many artists who love to appear political and use oppression as an aesthetic in their art/music have been very silent and it doesn't go unnoticed. It's really sick how little they actually care about people's suffering and only use it when it's convenient for them. Either stfu and stick to making bops or speak about it and be about it.

A lot of the bigger artists keep quiet which is weird to me because they have very little to lose.

I'll be streaming on mute to support it

She’s been very vocal about supporting Palestinians and is not backing down. This whole situation has shown her in a new light for me.

lauren's definitely had questionable takes in the past but i'm glad to see she's grown a lot recently

I have been a stan for a long time so at this point I actually expect her to have some really bad takes sometimes lol. This time is just one of the times when she's right but I fully expect her to be very wrong about something in the next few years lol

for sure, i've followed her a bit since 5h's xfactor days lol i do wish she would revisit and address the racist and controversial remarks though

I don't recall any racist stuff from Lauren like at all. Even during 5h days. I think you might be thinking about Camila.

I was referring to Lauren's anti vax stuff right when they got the vaccine in the middle of covid.

This vocal support paired with action is really cool. On a more personal note, I get weirdly uncomfortable with MVs where the artist gets super in the camera’s face lol but overall it’s a nice video and she’s got a very pleasant voice.
