It depends what you're using it on. The message about not being part of the household appears mostly for smart TVs with the Netflix app already build in.

ah yes, I logged out of that as soon as I heard (my tv runs on android tv) and exclusively use it via Apple TV since (besides mobile devices where they do not seem to track it anyway)

I was paying for the most expensive plan with no complaints because my whole fam benefited, but I canceled my subscription when they cracked down on PW sharing. I don't miss it at all because their content has been trash for years. Bye forever, Netflix!
