i will still side eye them for firing her to begin with but i do hope this pans out. scream is my fav franchise of all time and the most consistent imo (don’t @ me!!!)

I feel the same way, I love the Scream franchise and have since I was a teen. I was pissed Spyglass potentially ruined one of my favs.

I hope the person (people?) responsible were fired and Melissa comes back.

if this is true and works out, i wouldn't be mad, as long as melissa isn't required to make any kind of compromise or walk back anything she's said, which i don't think she would, anyway. if it's true and she felt comfortable going back, then i wouldn't begrudge her. but i'd still much rather any future scream movie have nothing to do with spyglass

It's nice on Neve's part if she trying to get Melissa on board BUT what are the conditions cause they fired her for speaking truth.

I imagine an apology or acknowledgement from Spyglass would have to be on the table cause they shouldn't sweep it under the rug.

the condition might be that Neve won't do it unless Melissa is on board. without either of them there is no scream. I mean they could do what they did for scream 4 but idk.

I’ve enjoyed the new films and would like to see more. Melissa improved so much in the last one and she was likable.

I don't know enough about Scream, I just hope any bringing her back on board would not involve her retracting her beliefs that were the truth.
