Cameron Diaz says we should normalize married couples having separate bedrooms:

“To me, I would literally, I have my house, you have yours. We have the family house in the middle. I will go and sleep in my room. You go sleep in your room. I’m fine.” pic.twitter.com/tSSSLPaZ6K

lmao I’ve told him a million times, he doesn’t care bc the mask is "uncomfortable". I told him to get a new mask then and he’s been dragging his feet on that.

My parents sleep in separate rooms and I honestly think it helped them. My mom snores really loudly and has insomnia where she turns on the tv until she falls back asleep. My dad gets up earlier for work and it disturbs her since she’s a light sleeper. While they have a lot more problems than just that, I think sleeping away from each other has helped them function better.

Me and my boyfriend sleep in separate bedroom most nights, our schedules are different, I work in the morning and go to sleep and wake up early, he work afternoons/night and goes to bet super late. He also snores and I'm a light sleeper that everything wakes me up, despite wearing ear plugs every night.
We're lucky enough to be able to have different bedroom each, and we do sleep together pretty much any time we don't work, like weekends or when we're on vacation.

i always want a fan going to circulate air and keep it cold. IDK if that's healthy (a friend told me it's not good to sleep with a fan blowing, i forget why) but man does a cold room make sleeping so much more comfortable.

I like the white noise from a fan. I sleep better.

My parents sometimes sleep in different beds but I feel like for them it’s an issue with the bed they’d been using. If they had a bigger room where they could get a better bed they’d be sleeping together. Otherwise yeah sometimes my mom needs to use “her” bed.
