The William at university episode was truly painful. It wasn’t really about anything, not much even happened and the actor playing William is not great.

i think it’s because so many of the earlier episodes focused on events and how the royals reacted to them-aberfan, the london fog, the kennedys visit, even that space episode with philip. even the interpersonal episodes focused on familial bonds-philip with his sister and later his mother, elizabeth and margaret.

now it’s just all soapy relationship drama.

I kept going "they did not go to uni three years after Diana died, WHAT?" But then I had to remind myself that I graduated from university 20 years ago. Absolutely time warped me.
