Is this show actually good / worth watching or is it a Tumblr fever dream? Also I hate Neil Gaiman's writing (but his stuff translates a lot better to screen imo)

The first season was really good imo. The second one didn't do it for me, but it was pleasant and the characters are cozy.

I was put off by tumblr in the first season but I recently watched season 1 and 2 and they're really good.

I feel the same about Gaiman.

I didn’t love the book and liked only parts of season one; but people said season two was better, so I might give it a try.

I finished rewatching season 2 last night so i am very excited, but season 2 wasn't as good second time over. I hope they don't spend half the time on flashback plots and the neighbors in season 3. But i will not mind more Muriel.
ETA and for the maybe 1 other 10th Kingdom fan who also watches Good Omens, Agnes Nutter's town in season 1 where they attempt to burn her at the stake was filmed in the same museum village as the Little Lamb Village from The 10th Kingdom where they attempted to burn Wolf at the stake lmao. And then both Jon Hamm and Scott Cohen were in Kissing Jessica Stein but that's another story.

Haha np. It's called the Weald & Downland Living Museum in Chichester, West Sussex, if you ever want to pretend to burn anyone at the stake. It's also where they film the show The Repair Shop among a lot of other stuff.
