Conan is not perfect but I think his most admirable quality was taking care of his crews during both strikes and when he lost the Tonight Show gig.

I think it speaks volumes of him that the staff he has have followed him across multiple shows over his career, not to mention moving across the country. Then again it's well documented how well he took care of them during the strikes, and likely with other personal things BTS that we don't know about. No he's not perfect and has had his share of slip ups but I'd definitely take him over some of the others. Ferguson though I get was in a league of his own.
