There was an article years ago about how, since McDonald's is a huge world-wide chain, they have to get suppliers lined up for stuff well in advance. Like they wanted to have blueberry smoothie (or was it a muffin?) a few years ago, but would've exhausted the entirety of the U.S. supply of blueberries. So they told the blueberry farmers they had 3 years to expand production before they introduced it.
So maybe they need to have more time to get more chicken?
I've never had one of these even though apparently they're on the menu in my country - for me, a wrap is something sad to eat at my cubicle, not something I'd want when I'm treating myself to junk food.
The hype seems excessive anyways since their chicken sandwich that they released to compete with Popeyes is absolutely vile.
McDee's gives me the shits and I didn't even go to TacoBell. Most fast-food is becoming a big nope anymore, even the ones serving vegetarian/vegan options. My stomach is all fuck this shit.
Im still a slut for Taco Bell but have gotten all vegetarian options since forever. Black beans or potatoes can be added to everything. Cheese quesadilla still slaps. And now I get to have the nacho fries permanently too. My bank account screams at me every other week to stop.
At least your stomach is boycotting bad crap. My family's stomach stuff is triggered by like roasted vegetables or nuts. Your tummy is just like, nah, do better sis.
Some places, I just cannot eat anymore period. Pretty much all fast food. I hate that some of my friends like places like Olive Garden. Ugh, that place makes me ill too even eating super vegetarian.
I feel better if I just cook at home. Plus it's cheaper.

I didn’t love these but I absolutely loved the sweet chili chicken wrap and I really miss the southwest salad with grilled chicken 😩
