there's a lot in the post i plan to watch soon. i'll check out rustin this weekend likely. i watch a ridiculous number of christmas movies each year (it's my favourite holiday), so i might watch both best christmas ever and dashing through the snow.

may december and saltburn are on my list for later (though i'm excited for the first one and like... intrigued but wary about the second, thanks to the reviews i've seen lol). i have plans to see the hunger games next weekend.

Netflix sent me a notification for Best Christmas Ever, I watched the trailer and it seriously seems like the absolute worst movie of the year?

If you told me chatgpt v0.1 (currently we're using 3.5) wrote the script for it, I would absolutely believe it.

I just finished it and it's actually really cute and sad in parts? It's a lovely fluffy holiday movie, plus Brandi still has a great voice.

Watching Rustin at home on Friday, Next Goal Wins and Dream Scenario on Saturday, Hunger Games on Monday. I guess I'll wait for Netflix for May/December, but man, the FOMO is real. I was tempted to watch Beyond the Aggressives at NewFest, but I haven't seen the first one yet and I guess I should.

and I look forward to more arguing about Saltburn some more lol. I love lurid tales of rich assholes in stunning houses and I won't apologize for it!!!

I'm attempting a triple feature today of Hunger Games, Anatomy of a Fall and Thanksgiving. This weekend I'm seeing Wish and Radical, I have a screening for The Color Purple on Monday but I am tbd on going because I am tired just thinking about the drive, and Tuesday I'm finally seeing Saltburn.

I also have a bunch of docs to catch up on, and I still need to get caught up on the Netflix releases so The Killer and Rustin.

thank youuu lol there's enough time between each movie for me to breathe. that one is definitely getting seen today no matter what, i'm so excited and it's the last day it's playing in a theater near me so i have to see it
