I assume not the Amy Carlson from Law & Order: Trial by Jury. jk, I am pretty sure I've read about this woman before.

I just don't understand being a devoted follower of anyone.

I mean, stanning is human nature at this point in our atomized culture landscape. People worship celebrities, sports teams, politicians, internet streamers, etc. Wanting to place your hopes and dreams in someone else is pretty common

Oh, intellectually I understand that people are unfulfilled and try to fill the hole in themselves with meaningless worship of everything from gods to, as you said, internet streamers. But that doesn't change that I simply do not understand it as a person because it's like drinking seawater.

She was the one whose followers were worshiping her mummified corpse and had been taking colloidal silver to cure covid-19. Those are pretty wild details.

I remember reading about this and what her followers did after her passing was disgusting. I saw the blurred photos and those alone made me sick.

I am currently watching the Twin Flames Documentary that I listened to an awesome podcast about. I loved The Opportunist series about Sherry Shriner which sounds somewhat similar to this story.

I like similar stories, like bad but no murdered / physical harm...it is triggering

I wouldn’t try the Sherry Shriner one as it does have some triggering violence. If you can handle sad but uplifting Dying for Sex was an amazing story!!!!
