I keep thinking that it makes sense that the West is so pro-Israel government. Europe has helped spawn a lot of the stealing of land, genocide of native populations, discriminatory practices, and waging war against the oppressed and calling themselves victims. Europe has been the OG but America especially has been the worst of their powers combined with this. It makes sense that countries with the histories that they do are condoning this. It feels like I'm taking crazy pills watching and reading and learning about this. It does feel like a tide is turning with regular people who do not agree with their governments and want the Palestinians to not be murdered or considered not human.

I lived my all childhood 100m in front of the Israel embassy in Paris. I still remember very vividly all the candles when Rabin was assassinated. You could hear people say it was the end of what could have been peace ;__;
