Marvel Removed A Pandemic Subplot from Falcon and Winter Soldier

Ha. Marvel finally admitted Falcon and the Winter Soldier had a pandemic/virus subplot that they removed. It's a shame, because this could've been a great show had the Flag Smashers been executed properly. https://t.co/W94cCN0M2N

I can live the rest of my life without watching a show with a covid plot/ subplot. Too traumatizing to me

Somehow thought this was already well known, well accepted info. It was hugely obvious in the show too.

This show had so much potential, even with the plot they decided to go with. It's one of the few shows/movies where I would like a rewrite for it because not only do they look like they weren't sure what they wanted to say politically speaking (and if you do a "hero" you can't be a middle man imo) but they look like they will half ignore the show in Cap 4 anyway. One thing I would have changed is that I would have leaned on the super soldier plot and made some of the doses they have not be stable, do different things or simply not work so whoever took them had a real gamble. The fact that Walker end up gaining powers and they couldn't give Sam Bird related one is annoying (especially when Marvel keep prioritizing Steve over Sam as Cap therefore they resumed his character as Black Cap but without any abilities and any impact on any other shows/movies so far either)
