i think it's because she's making big leaps between each of her points. like 'if a website can afford to moderate a user community' (um..LJ..the dying website that probably can't afford shit?) then 'those paid mods are liable for copyright infringement' so this has had a chilling effect, and therefore little ole ONTD did damage to.....who again? And how many years ago?

LJ did employ a paid moderator for ONTD though.
