Owning a home is stressful! I sometimes wonder if my anxiety and depression overwhelmed me because of it. I like my house in theory but I’m always worried that something else will fall apart. We’ve spent more repairing this place than my parents spent buying their house.

this was me for the first year, now i'm just like completely apathetic. it'll probably bite me in the ass in the long run, but i'd rather pay more later if that means i'm not giving myself panic attacks every time i notice something new.

it's fun enough that my mortgage servicer sent my insurance payment late and so they cancelled my policy. really love that for me.

I'm annoyed by Katy Perry just as much as everybody else, but she's not in the wrong here. This dude and his family are being absolutely ridiculous.

It's like 'The Ring' but with real estate, sell Katy a house and in x many days the grim reaper turns up for you.

Given the fact of the case though it sounds like the family are being ridiculous.

This case has been interesting because of just how aggressive I think Kameron has been going on the “she’s trying to take a dying veteran’s home away” thing with the press. The sense I get is that a lot of this is the family thinking he could’ve sold it for more.

Apparently he lives in Texas and will not be going to the trial. Katy supposedly is taking the stand tomorrow and Orlando won’t be testifying at all m. I think maybe that’s because he’s not the one paying for the house but I’m not sure about that. It might just be because the actual person being sued in the suit is her business manager not his.
