LMAO, it making to TMZ that WB was dumping this really made them feel obligated to put in effort. I think they just gave up after The Flash bombed. That was the movie that tested well and probably could have done better financially if they didn’t announce a reboot ahead of time and then reshot the ending to make it a cameo joke.

This movie bombed in test screenings. They couldn’t even get the Blue Beetle cast to do any promo ahead of the strikes (which is common to do some press a month out). They don’t care anymore.

Mind boggling considering the first Aquaman made a BILLION dollars at the global box office, and is their by far the best performing DC movie... and they waited FIVE years for the sequel...

Every decision they made regarding this movie is questionable at best.
