I am trying to figure out who is Nicki trying to appeal to with her new song. I suppose it's supposed to evoke Pink Friday but it feels flat.

Okay, so I woke up the other day with this song in my head

and yeah, why are brains so weird?? lol. I haven't heard it in a very long time, but my dad used to like it a lot. No idea what prompted me to think of it - I did talk to my dad fairly recently, but it was like a week before this. Maybe it was playing somewhere and I just didn't consciously clock it? lol.

Otherwise, still listening to new Sufjan... wonder if he'll do another single before the album drops in a month.
