i saw tiktoks from a few different angles and the couple telling him to sit down were such entitled assholes. no one else was bothered, there were other people standing in front of them too, but they chose to single out this poor guy. fuckleheads.

that adds more context. He seemed absolutely harmless and just living in the moment but I did wonder if he was blocking people's views.

RIGHT. Buy a ticket in the front row of your section if you need to sit down and still want to be able to see. This isn't the opera of course people will be standing

are you for real? do you even know what front row tickets cost these days. imagine if every single person brought a fucking selfie stick to a gig. you might as well be telling people to stay at home and watch a live stream.

I love that she did this. Why even go to a concert if you’re bothered by other people singing and dancing?

mte. i had someone here once tell me how rude i was for singing along at a concert and that i'm disrespectful for doing that. i was like ok, stay home and listen to your cd and dont go to live shows then, idk what to tell you

Right? Live concert wank is easily the one ONTD wank that truly highlights just how very online some people are ( ... )

Exactly! Especially that feeling of catharsis and exhaustion and just joy you feel. I haven’t gone to a concert since 2019 and I made friends for the night with the girl next to me and we were singing and dancing and getting our life to bad bunny all night and I couldn’t care less if a single person had a problem with it lol

Awww… I’m glad she did that. Do people really think that an artist wants to perform to a zero energy crowd?

My only question is… was the guy filming himself the entire time with a selfie stick?? I can see how that could rub others the wrong way. But he is clearly enjoying himself and in the moment.

Yeah MTE i can see how the selfie stick would be annoying especially if you're sat within its view so you're aware you're constantly on camera without your consent. Still, he seemed like he was angling the camera into the aisle as much as possible rather than on the audience next to him/behind him.

Thinking the same thing about the selfie stick

Judging by some of these comments and previous live concert wank here, I'd say yes lol

These people would not last 10 minutes of a concert in Brazil, the crowd goes absolutely wild, you can feel it reverberating inside you no matter how far you are from the stage. It's delicious and literally the reason I go to concerts of artists I love. It's not about listening to the song being perfectly sung live, it's the energy, the community, the whole ass vibe of a big group of people who share the love for that music. If I want peace and quiet, I just stay the fuck home listening to the album.

Adele is so cute, I am glad she did that for him. Fuck that one asshole security guard who scattered like a rat the second Adele called him out for bothering him. especially bc at that moment he was trying to tell him to calm down and sit down, everyone behind him was standing!

he was the only one standing up in the beginning when the old lady approached him and pointed out to look behind him that everyone is sitting down. i think that one security guy might have tried to calm him down later on, not sit him down. he seems to be hyperventilating the entire time. he even responds "i'll stay calm". plus the selfie stick is absolutely ridiculous to have at any gig, come on now.

So what? Let him hyperventilate and freak out if he wants to, what does that have to do with the security guard at all?

i already replied to your earlier comment but it's not a stadium concert with 100.000 other screaming fans. it's an intimate concert/surrounding. that doesn't mean you can't stand up/dance/sing etc but screaming non stop and waving a selfie stick the entire time was bothering people behind him, hence the security coming over to talk to him.

out of the all the pop girls Adele would be the one I'd want to hang out with the most. she has that charisma and authenticity other stars pay out their nose to try and achieve
