Well talk about a cliffhanger! It’s like TNG’s The Best of Both Worlds, except this gap will be even longer. Season 3 of Strange New Worlds never started filming due to the WGA strike. Maybe the studios will bow down to the additional rage of millions of Trekkies?
Solid finale, hate the cliffhanger - I don't want to wait for S3! D:
Loved this season overall! Bit of a whiplash tonally at times, but I really appreciate the episodic nature of it while also fleshing out the characters so much.
The only complaint I would have is that Ortegas didn't get anything to do except "I fly this ship!" which, yeah, cool, but what else is going on with her? At this point, everyone else had a meaty character plot except her and she's standing out like a sore thumb that way. S3 better give us a proper Ortegas story!
I loved it so much. I hate waiting for part 2. This is worse than Best of Both Worlds. It was so well done. I was stressed out. The Gorn are great villains. Mysterious and scary looking but clearly there's more going on than we know which is fascinating
