I meant to post this after the season finale aired and I just completely forgot, so this is a week late!

I thought this was cute but it also reinforced for me the fact that I have a low tolerance for Rose Byrne.

Maybe I just have a thing against people with Americanized Australian accents -- truly the Worst Voice in the World to my ears.

perception is truly such a personal thing bc I find Rose (and her accent) insanely charming lol I've got a huge crush on her.

I thought it was just ok. I kept waiting for it to go somewhere, for something to happen, but it just fizzled out. The last episode wasn't really funny and was pretty cheesy/cliche

Overall I liked it - but yeah, the last episode felt more abrupt.

Yeah there were some genuinely funny moments & I liked the little universe of friends and places they built but it felt very what's the point?

Yeah that’s why I feel they should continue it tbh. It would make more sense if it was the ending of S1 rather than the whole series.

I love Rose Byrne so I might give this a chance

This is ADORABLE <3 I don't get the toxic option so I'm going to assume it has to do with the fact that they're all realistically flawed adults lol It's essentially a show about two people (and their friends/family) doing mundane things most of the time so if you're in the mood for ~PLOTS, I'd say skip this one lol The chemistry between Rose and Seth is on point and I'm SO GLAD they remained friends and except for outsiders misunderstanding their relationship, there wasn't a hint that they had anything other than friendship going on.

I have a soft spot for Seth (over his openly childfree stances) and I adore Rose so I basically watched it for her, but I was surprised it was such a charming, fun show. Highly recommend if you're in the mood to binge something easy to watch.

That scene in the grocery store had me in stitches, Rose absolutely nailed it <3

I did love that her husband's coworkers always teasingly called Will "Your wife's boyfriend". But yeah, it was nice they had more sibling energy that anything. Could not imagine them being romantically involved, they were like kids together.

yeah, and her husband was such a standout dude, I'd have been genuinely upset if something happened. I also thought all his reactions were pretty in line with how I feel a healthy monogamous guy would react lol When he told her about the dry humping I was like OMG HE'S TOO CUTE lol

I had to pause the episode during the grocery store moment because it was past midnight and I couldn't risk waking up my neighbors with my laughter, she was amazing, the legs lmao🤣🤣
