It’s kind of a tl;dr story but I was in an English manor(like exposed bricks with vines and shit) when this ??ghost?? who knows what was just casually screaming at me and crawling through the screen and I was not about to have whatever they were planning have happen to me. I was so scared! Lmao it was ok though, despite my relatives dying a couple days later I broke the TV and the curse was broken yet I lost my bf in it

the only reason i think this is a marketing ploy is because of that quote by Dan Hill the label owner who produced them. other records randomly get pressing mistakes but they dont turn into automatic collectors items so the fact that he is trying to push them as such feels like a marketing ploy to drum up sales. i mean yeah, sometimes pressing mistakes do end up as collectibles, but thats decided organically by the fans, by the consumers, not by him.

and the british music? were they getting repressed? first time pressed on vinyl? it doesnt make sense that theyd be randomly in the mix if not. and yeah vinyl is making a resurgence but it means older music in high demand that gets pressed, not obscure shit.

i mean yeah it prob will be worth more money for now. but i would guess within 6-12mo swifties will prob stop caring and it wont be on their radar anymore. buy low, sell high while you can folks!

I’m one of the 50% who buys records because I want to play them actually lol. Vinyl records have gotten crazy expensive now so I’d actually be annoyed if I spent money on one and the music was not what I purchased lol
