Netflix has put up advertisements around the world saying, "YES, HE'S STILL GERALT IN SEASON 3." People on the internets as taking this as shade against Cavill's replacement, Liam Hemsworth, and feeling sorry for Miley's ex.

Yeah, I thought S3 was much better than S2, although it had to try and unravel some of the mistakes of S2 along the way. S3 is based on my favorite book and the easiest of the main series to adapt, IMO. I have less faith that they'll get next season right though, with or without Cavill.

This advertising is so shady though. Way to throw Liam under the bus when he hasn't even started.

I really enjoyed it. Truthfully, the show is interesting despite Henry Cavill and around him. He was a non-entity this season except for the scenes of him, Ciri and Yen playing happy families. He's so unsexy and the show doesn't seem to want us to find Geralt sexy?

We can only hope that Liam Hemsworth actually gets his kit off and we get some sexualized Geralt. Because this Ken doll shit is useless. What's the point of being Expensive Xena if you're not going to at least have sexiness????

I'm just happy that I've seen Cavill's tits this season and not Anya Chalotra's. After S2 the bar is pretty low. I like Cavill (especially his fight scenes) in the role, though, and Liam Hemsworth... like, you have to try hard to find someone with less innate charisma than Cavill, but I feel like they did.

I started watching s3 and don’t understand wtf is happening, but I refuse to watch s2 again so I’m just here following the vibes, lol

literally very little happened in S2. Ciri learned how to Witcher while a bunch of assholes laughed at watching her fall down, Yennefer walked around screaming and NOT DOING MAGIC, Jaskier kept winking at the fourth wall a little too much, and all the Geralt fight scenes were lackluster. The only important thing of note was the reveal of the White Flame.
