Nintendo Direct 2023 - Elephant Mario, Peach, Sonic, and more

Not to be outdone by other recent game expos, Nintendo held a 40-minute direct event today revealing many of its upcoming Switch games for the next year. There were quite a few reveals so here are some highlights.

Look at that list of games, most of them fall in between HIGH FANTASY or TWEE CHILL

Palia seems nice, but I'm most excited for Penny's Big Breakaway. I hope there's a trial for Wonder, besides World 1-1, and I think a few minutes of Lost Levels, I have never played a side scrolling Mario game.

I'm excited about the Arkham series, I hope it's not stupidly expensive.

I have it on xbox 360 (yes I know) so I never played the last game cos it never came out on 360 and the PC launch was mess.

I was genuinely quite emotional at hearing Conroy's voice in the trailer. So iconic.

I'm also interested in Fae Farm, but I feel like it's being overhyped and will be a let down.

I know the feeling! I haven’t played them since they first came out and it feels like so long ago. I forgot how much I loved them til I watched the trailer
