I was an English major and now I struggle to read because I can't retain details. I dropped out of school because of it. I did a quiz about "The Bell Jar", one of my fave books (I'm basic), and failed it. It sucks.
It is starting to get better now but healing isn't linear AND I'm still taking the meds that exacerbate my brain fog. I've pretty much switched entirely to comics and manga - the combo of writing and illustration helps me remember better.

thats sad for you girl...
i remember that time, unprovoked, wayne said he didnt believe in blm - which, arguably fair, but his reason was that he loves his white fans & cops were always nice to him or some nonsense. anyways thats all that comes to mind when i think about lil wayne who made it out the trenches of nola & switched up like the unboxing of a fresh malayasian wig

It is what it is. Hindsight is 20/20. He's probably not the only person with on going health problems that took on a devil may care attitude in their youth.

Anyhow... I kinda feel for him, but I take it from the comments that I shouldn't have too much empathy for him.
