at least Lost took a few seasons to get that off the rails

I know, it was so weird. And now the cop with the fam will always be known as a crim and Nat will be another looked-down-upon "junkie" who died from an OD, despite her sacrificing herself for someone by death and actually growing while at the cult.

I guess it's in line with the show's overall twisted universe, but it felt awful to see a chronically suicidal character die, as someone who is chronically suicidal irl due to trauma as well.

oh nooo. i've only seen the first few episodes of this season so i should leave this post before i get spoiled, but i could feel the show was getting dumber by the minute.

Without trying to spoil, I would stop after the episode where something important happens in the teen line.

(no spoilers) if you loved s1, i think s2 is worth watching, just prepare to be underwhelmed. i think writers could turn it around for s3

I just feel like a big part of my excitement/enjoyment was how they got to the point they flashed forward to in the pilot with pit girl but I feel like after the hunt in the ep before the finale... they're already there? Like, what is the difference between that and the hunt for pit girl? It's a bit more gruesome I guess. But I kind of feel like there isn't much more story to tell. I like these characters, sure but in terms of plot it's like... and? I don't know! I'm bored! What am I supposed to be looking forward to? I guess there's a small set up for season 3 but nothing that's hugely compelling IMO

I thought they should've gone out and looked for Crystal's body for at least an episode or two before ritualistically hunting each other. Also i thought the cabin burning down would've happened next season. It seems like it's moving too fast for there to be five seasons.

It's very weird that literally no one besides Misty cared that Crystal wad gone, either about her as a person or a potential food source.

I feel like way too many people are literal about pit girl and want to know what happens but to me it seems like a metaphor and IA it already happened.

I really don't think we'll ever see the flash forward of the hunt from the pilot literally play out.
