We went to see the The Super Mario Bros Movie last night. My husband has been looking forward to it forever, and he loved it!! I thought it was fine for a kid's movie, but it wasn't really for me (and that's okay!). Some positive notes: the music cues were fantastic, there are lots of easter eggs for fans, and I loved [Spoiler (click to open)]

this lil psycho. The kid's voice paired with the nihilistic sayings killed me every single time.

But yeah, there is lots of potentially good stuff out this week! I'm interested in Showing Up, Air, How to Blow Up a Pipeline, and Paint, so I need to see which of those my husband would potentially wanna see and then go see the others on my own. And ngl, I have been tempted to go rewatch D&D... I really liked it!
