This show might become exhausting or meh two seasons from now. But right now? I think it's great.

The ep when Janine and her sister yelled at each other was excellent TV, and I'd argue it was a bit nuanced. And this is A+ casting for the person they were arguing about.

It's a good show.

That argument was too real, you can tell the writers actually have siblings for this one. Taraji is great casting!

It made me uncomfortable because I could legit relate to it. At least as most as I am can. I've had a version of that screaming match. And it was all with a mix of love and hate. And probably comical to onlookers.

Also, I feel like the only person who is over Janine and Gregory. The 'will they, won't they' is my least favorite part of the show tbh.

Yeah Janine is like a 3rd year teacher just out of school so potentially mid-20s. I can't believe Taraji is 52, she is such a smokeshow!
