SAME. I get that he's still grieving the death of his wife and the first wedding after her death is gong to be a lot to handle emotionally, BUT that is exactly why Brian originally decided not to have Jimmy officiate in the first place! Work out your feelings in therapy or in your dream journal but don't do it when you're supposed to be marrying two people. This wedding is about them, not you!

Idk if it was just me or not, but it didn’t look like Brian or his husband were that pleased during Jimmy’s speech…

totally agree. I know the show was trying to frame his "healing" process with a big declaration, but they could have chosen another moment (talking to Tia, Gaby, Paul, literally anyone)

I started crying at the end with everyone dancing.

And then I was immediately screaming “don’t do it!” during the final scene. I’m nervous for the tonal shift next season, but am excited Jimmy will finally be held accountable for some of his irresponsible practices.

I like this show just fine, and maybe it´s just me, but does anyone else think the jokes are really not funny, like at all?

Yes I agree. It's fine but not funny. I also find the pacing to be really off. The conversations don't flow because the camera cuts are awkward and there are weird delays between dialogue that make it seem unnatural

i've noticed the editing can be awkward too. like they're clearly using bits from different takes (which is normal but they're not great at making it seamless) cause people's expressions/energy will totally change too quick
