i’m glad to hear she got out instead of finding ways to just deal with it. she’s in so many movies i really really like: only lovers left alive, stoker, jane eyre. she’s great in the kids are alright and i’ve only seen crimson peak once at the theater, i remember that being pretty fun.

I never cared much for her acting but I would have preferred her over Rooney Mara.

I love Rooney so much I can't help myself. I don't even remember the last movie of hers that I watched she is just so monotone and her Tisci Givenchy red carpet era delivered a look after look. Nepo billionare queen!

The only Rooney role that really stands out for me is "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo". And I can't imagine anyone else playing Lisbeth Salander. She was perfection in that role, in my opinion.

if I ever get my hands on a time machine so I can redo my misspent youth, my second priority after acquiring an ADHD diagnosis before I hit high school is going to be making sure that movie gets its deserved sequels

i really loved her work but i'm glad she's doing what she wants to do. hopefully she'll still act sometimes but more selectively. i particularly loved her in stoker, the double, jane eyre, and only lovers left alive.

I will always love her because of Stoker and Crimson Peak. Good for her.

Crimson Peak is such a fun movie (gothic horror, but turn it up to 11!) and I loved her in it.
