Seeing the story about the little girl holding her siblings head to protect them for hours really fucked me up. The amount of people that survived but couldn’t be helped in time, devastating.

I had to stop following the coverage as the death count increased… I can’t believe it’s now ten times what I last saw. This is so horrific, I truly have no words.

Good on the celebs for sharing on their platforms. So much of what happens in that region tends to go ignored by US celebs.
