they're a joke. they're always so out of touch and them punishing the weeknd by refusing to nominate him for anything when he had the biggest song/album of the year, because he refused to drop out of the superbowl half time show, should show how irrelevant they are

I think the Grammys have rule that if a singer or band preformed on the American Music Awards they couldn't preform on the Grammys, which air later.
