This reboot was bad. And it's such a fucking shame.

I am however happy they gave something to luna at least her storyline got a good ending.

If channels want to reboot stuff they need more than just the name.

as someone that had an inexplicable soft spot for aki/audrey in the second half of s1 and never liked the throuple, i love that it ended with the throuple done but them not wanting to break up with each other. i know they would have gotten the triad back together in s3, so i'm happy to take their unplanned endgame

sucks that they were finally going to give luna something to do and the show ends though. but considering they kind of acted like this season would be big for monet, only for her to get shit on constantly and her big feud with julian to be like two episodes, i'm sure it would have been a disappointment anyway. such a shame to get another hot mean lesbian character only for the show to do nothing with her.

glad they at least had kate get exposed and arrested despite this not being a planned finale. the scene itself was dumb and hardly satisfying but i'm satisfied it at least happened

Monet deserved SO MUCH BETTER, my lord. Especially since Savannah WAS in Italy with them during filming (so I guess the Monet stuff was cliffhangers and removed? IDK) There's a lot I did like about this series but the hair execution of it as a whole needed work. That said, the finale gave me this:

And that will sustain me at least. Oh GG! Not as messy as the first series ending but the highs and lows didn't hit the same either. It always had potential but could the showrunner get us there? Who can never be sure.

At least Monet will always be an icon of beauty and ambition.
