Oh no, the woman who continued to have children during her trial and requested a leaner sentence so she can watch her children grow up bought a one way ticket to Mexico for herself?

Add more time to her sentence tbh.

I had no idea she had children! I can’t picture her as a parent for some reason 😯

Can you imagine that voice trying to coo a baby to sleep??

She probably asks siri to do it to make it sound more soothing. OK, "it us sleep time for baby, go to sleep baby, CEO loves you"

I don’t remember hearing about this last January. So they know she’s a flight risk yet she’s still at home because of her strategically planned pregnancy. I’m not saying I agree with it but I’ve heard about and seen plenty of marginalized women giving birth while incarcerated, she’s not special. At least the crypto scam guy has an ankle monitor. She’s gotten away with so much, she should be awaiting her appeal behind bars.

What also irks me is that her partner-in-crime got more time and found guilty on 11 charges, while she was found guilty on four. And she was the CEO!

She put those white woman's tears to work and got away.

Those tears are the biggest con of them all. I don’t even know if she feels any remorse

I doubt she's capable of it.

How is someone who bought a one way ticket out of the country out on bail, wtf?

This plus the fact that her passport was confiscated in 2018 so what was she planning on using to get into Mexico? And her husband/bf went to South Africa once he got to Mexico so wouldn't this mean Mexico was just a stop over to SA? Or better yet Namibia, which is next to SA and has no extradition treaty with the states? His five week trip to SA could've been him dismantling whatever setup they made for her. Ugh, why is no one answering any of these questions? What is wrong with these lawyers!

I don't know much about law, especially in the US, but I thought even with a suspended sentence or whatever the equivalent they were expecting was, there are limits on travel.

It is and I think it's the case for her but she's so privileged that she probably thought she could get away with it a "little" trip to Mexico.
